Rooms

We offer seven bedrooms all decorated to a very high standard. See more details on our rooms here.

We also have a very light and airy dining room and there is also access to a very comfortable guest lounge, which offers a colour TV, and includes various games and books to help you relax.

Food & alcohol

We have dining room where a full English breakfast and optional evening meals are served.

We also cater for a number of dietary requirements.

There is no alcohol licence at the Rockview, and we operate a strict no smoking policy. However for those of you who do wish to smoke, there are facilities at the outside of the premises.

Views

The rear of the guesthouse overlooks Queens Park, which is the home ground for Paignton Rugby Club in the Winter and Paignton C.C. in the Summer.

Parking & public transport

There is plenty of parking available in front of and near to the Rockview Guesthouse.

The coach station, railway station and multi storey car park are all within a short walking distance. See our location map.

Health & Safety

The Rockview has a full fire certificate and is checked annually by the Devon Fire Service.

We also carry full public liability insurance and both Lesley and Louise have Food Hygiene Certificates.
